Dear Ernie and family,Wanda was the best Godmother a person could have. She was exactly what was intended by the term "Godmother". Always there, remembering birthdays and holidays and just being there for you if you needed her. I remember her so fondly throughout all my life. The many times we visited with my folks, Vi & Joe Lyons,and all the good times we enjoyed with you both. Aunt Wanda was the GREATEST Godmother anyone could ever want. Though we were separated by many miles, she always made me think she was close by. I would ALWAYS receive a birthday card (with money), and a holiday card- often with a long note about about how things were in Florida, and some hints to make my life a little better. She continued this after I was married, after we had kids and after we had grandchildren-she is a LEGEND in our family. She will truly be missed by all of us. Her hearty laugh, her glowing smile and that look that told you she knew exactly what you were up to will not be forgotten.
