Virginia T. Compton's Obituary
Virginia T. Compton, of Eustis, passed away on Sunday, August 30th, 2009 at her home at the age of 85 years. She was born in Winter Park, FL to Ray Allen and Pearl (Proctor) Trovillion. She moved to the Eustis area in 1965 from Winter Park. Virginia was the founder of the Candle House & Antiques Shop in Mount Dora. She was a member of St. Edward's Episcopal Church, Mount Dora. She spent some of her free time volunteering at the Hope Chest Hospice Shop of Mount Dora. A Memorial Celebration was held in St. Edward's Episcopal Church of Mount Dora on Saturday October 3, 2009. Rev. Fr. Robert I. Maurais officiated. Virginia was remembered by her sons, Lee T. Compton of Langley WA and Mark P. Compton of Navarre, FL and brother, Allen Trovillion of Maitland.
