My husband Nick and I are so sorry to learn of Mrs. Compton's passing. We had hoped that somehow a miracle would happen and she would defeat her illness. We remember also Mr. Compton, who died several years ago and I remember Fred Jr. who died very young from an unexpected illness. The Comptons were neighbors of my parents in Winter Park.
