Mrs. Luz E. Roman of Eustis, Florida passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at the age of 71 years.聽She was born in Puerto Rico.聽Luz moved to central Florida in September of 1995 from the Bronx, New York.聽She was a homemaker and loved music and dancing.聽Luz was a member and an usher at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church in Eustis.聽She is remembered by her daughters, Awilda Hernandez of Eustis and Margarita Valentine of Eustis; sons, Lucas Valantin of Eustis and Richard Valentin of Eustis; brothers, David Roman of Connecticut and Claudio Roman of Puerto Rico; sisters, Arsenia Roman of Puerto Rico, Beatriz Roman of Connecticut and Amalia Roman of the Bronx, NY; as well as 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.聽 Luz always said she did not want people to dress聽in black at her death, she wanted colors and music. 聽Friends聽were invited to call for visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm and on Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 am.聽 A Mass of the Resurrection was held at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church in Eustis聽on Friday at 11:30 am.聽 Burial followed at Lakeside Memory Gardens in Eustis.聽Arrangements are entrusted to Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Director, Eustis, FL 352-357-4193.聽Condolences may be left for the family by signing the guestbook below.聽聽En la Celebraci贸n de una vida vivi贸 bien. Fue una ama de casa y m煤sica y el baile adorada. Luz fue un miembro y un acomodador en S. Mary de la Iglesia Cat贸lica de Lagos en Eustis. Es recordada por sus hijas, Awilda Hernandez de Eustis y Margarita Valentine de Eustis; hijos, Lucas Valantin de Eustis y Richard Valentin de Eustis; hermanos, David Roman de Connecticut y Claudio Roman de Puerto Rico; hermanas, Arsenia Roman de Puerto Rico, Beatriz Roman de Connecticut y Amalia Roman del Bronx, NY; as铆 como 12 nietos y 3 gran nietos.聽 Luz siempre dijo que ella no queria personas a vestir de negro en su muerte, ella queria colores y聽musica. 聽Los amigos son invitados a llamar para la visita en la funeraria el jueves de 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. y el viernes de 9:30 - 10:30 es. Una Masa de la Resurrecci贸n ser谩 tenida en S. Mary de la Iglesia Cat贸lica de Lagos en Eustis el viernes en 11:30 es. El entierro seguir谩 en Jardines Ribere帽os de Memoria en Eustis.
