Helen Hatcher's Obituary
Helen M. Hatcher of Eustis, Florida passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 87. She was born in Deland, Florida to her parents Fred and Janie Owens on January 17, 1938. Helen is of the Southern Baptist Faith. She was an avid supporter of Trump and the NRA. Her hobbies included collecting rocks and stones, bears, bells, and angels.
Helen is predeceased by her husband Troy Hatcher, and Son Dennis Bearteet; step sons Troy Hatcher and James Hatcher.
Helen is survived by her children Helen's children Don Bearteet Jr, Katherine Atwood, Tori Blankenship, Susan Highly, David Bearteet, Janie Lamphere, Brenda Wilhelm; Step children Paul Hatcher, Bert Hatcher, Bobby Hatcher, Kenny Hatcher, Johnny Hatcher, Bruce Hatcher, also a special day was May 5 1995, her granddaughter was born and named after her Helen Nicole Hatcher.
There will be a memorial service on Friday March 14, 2025, at 2 PM, in the Hamlin and Hilbish Chapel.

There is going to be the celebration of Helen's life to follow the service at Troy & Helen's place. The family looks forward to having everyone share the memories you've made. There will be lots of Helen's personal dishes she's served to many and of course many of her favorite dishes. Anyone wanting to bring a dish please call Misty Hart 386-624-5637.
Parking for Hamlin & Hilbish will be in the parking lot across the street next to Lake Eustis Christian Church. There will be cones, a sign, and possible police assistance with crossing. For those unable to walk or needing additional assistance there is parking in the back of the building.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to go to the Special Olympics or Angelman Syndrome.
