Ethel Lenora Overton 88, of Sorrento, passed away in Mount Dora on July 20, 2014. She was born in Akron, Ohio and had lived in Altamonte Springs for many years prior to moving to Sorrento in 1986. She was a member of the Sorrento Read Obituary
Ikey, Danny and Sandy you had a great mom she will truly be missed. I always enjoyed talking to her. I lost my mother in April of this year so I know what you are going though. I think of her everyday and miss her. We was very lucky to have our moms as long as we did and I thank the Lord everyday for that. You all are in my prayers. I love you all. Sandi Allen
Ethel was a true friend and one of the sweetest persons I have ever known. I have known her for many years and I have never heard speak one unkind word about anyone. . We can all be consoled knowing she is now in the arms of Jesus - no more pain, just perfect peace.

My grandma was the best ever.i could talk with her about anything in the world.my grandma loved to dance and have fun.when i was a kid we would go to the beach.i loved shopping with grandma too.grandma always made me smile,she would even buy cookies for dog red.jason and i could not wait for christmas to come because grandma and grandpa would stay with us it was always a good time.grandma i love u and take care of grandpa i miss u already
