I will always have a fond place for Ms. Owen. I knew her though Ms. Duncan, who was my choral teacher at South West (Class of 80). She often accompanied our choir for concerts and during competitions. I had spent many hours and years with these ladies and loved them both. I wish I had known about it sooner. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My heart hurts for Ms. D. - I'm sure she is up there leading an angel choir!! - Renee (Roth) Collette
