Willie Madrue Gibson's Obituary
Willie Madrue Gibson 91, of Eustis, passed away on October 16, 2013. She was born in Geneva, Alabama and moved here in 1960 from DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She was Baptist and retired from the citrus industry. Mrs. Gibson was predeceased by her husband Esker in 2007, they were married for over 70 years, she was also predeceased by two grandchildren Derek Gibson and Marci Gibson, her brother Alton Brown and sisters Lucille Brooks and Wilma Willingham. She is survived by her children; Roger (Sandra) Gibson of Summerfield, Florida, Ronnie (Debbie) Gibson of Eustis, Jerry (Janet) Gibson of Eustis, Shirley (Bennie) Brisson of Mount Dora, Ruth Fralick of Tavares, Merle Gandy of Freeport, Florida and Faye (Roy) Warren of Tavares. Her siblings; Richard Brown Jr. of Sevierville, Tennessee, Jack Brown of Niceville, Florida, Dean Mincey of Live Oak, Florida and Lois Judah, sixteen grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Calling hours will be in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Sunday, October 20th from 2 until 4 PM, funeral services will be in the Chapel at 2 PM Monday, October 21st with Rev. Ronnie Gibson officiating, interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis.
