in honor of William.

My "Uncle Bill" as we called him, had an amazing voice, not surprised he was a singer at his local church in Florida. His brother, (Ray E. Bryant, Jr.) was my father; he passed in August 2015. I will never forget that my father called Bill regularly; to check on each other. Bill also checked with me after our father Ray's death, to make sure my father passed peacefully. They were the sons of our grandmother, Viola Broadway Richardson, who lived in Philadelphia. I will never forget the warm relationship the two brothers shared; even after my dad returned to live near us in California; and Bill remained at the family home in Philadelphia!

Heart broken that I can't attend, prayers and love to family. Memories, beautiful smile, only person who calls me Pomela in a regal loving way. Wonderful singing voice. Early Sunday mornings you could here him singing Paul Robeson songs in a beautiful baritone voice. Love and prayers Pam.
