William Ronald Green Jr.'s Obituary
William Ronald Green Jr., of Tavares, Florida, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on April 21, 1962, in Eustis, Florida, to his parents, William and Billie Jo Green, he was a lifelong resident of Florida.
William, known as "J.R. or Junior" by those closest to him, spent his life working in the construction industry, building not only structures but also lasting friendships. He found joy in the great outdoors, whether hunting in the woods, casting a line while fishing, or gliding across the water in an airboat. A devoted Florida Gators fan, he rarely missed a game, always cheering on his team with passion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Billie Jo Green, and his late wife, Terri.
William is survived by his loving children, Amber Green and Shawn Michael Green; and his cherished grandchildren, Skyler Brooks and Kinley Green.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a service at 11:00 AM in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel. A processional will follow to Greenwood Cemetery.

Parking will be available across the street next to Lake Eustis Christian Church, with signs, cones, and possible police assistance for crossing. Additional parking is available behind the building for those needing assistance.
