Wayne became my friend 15 years ago when I moved to Florida from Conn.
I got to know Wayne as I became a tax prep working for him. I found Wayne was a great
boss who couldn't do enough to help you.But more than that he became a great
friend to me and everyone who worked for him.Wayne and I played Golf several times
which will always bring a smile to my face as he always played pranks and never let his score spoil the day.I will always think of Wayne as upbeat fun loving and a joy to be with.I will miss him always as one of my dearest friends some one I will always remember.
My sincere condolence to Sandra,Tony and Taylor

Wayne was a person with a dynamic personality. We shared many fun-filled
times ranging from making short-term trips, going to different restaurants, visiting Vegas, staying at his condo in New Smyrna Beach and playing his favorite card game, casino. We played countless rounds of golf together - each one being a unique experience as he was always playing pranks on and off the golf course. I told him many times that he was a real-life Dennis the Menace. He was willing to try anything despite the danger involved. He even tried skydiving.
Benevolence was no stranger to Wayne as he would help anybody who needed assistance. He was quite talented in many areas, not just taxes. He was a pretty
good carpenter who on a number of occasions constructed different items.
Wayne enriched my life for over thirty-five years and I considered him the closest
and most loyal of friends. He was like a brother. There will always be any empty spot in my heart without him.
My deepest and most sincere condolence are extended to Sandra, Tony, Taylor, Hailey and Wayne’s niece, Karolyn who so lovingly assisted in giving physical care and moral
support during his final days.
Wayne and Helen and Ron and I did many fun things together. I knew both of them for 33 years and in that time they became like family to me. I will always miss both of them and carry their memory in my heart. Angie
