Warren "Doug" McMichael Jr.'s Obituary
Warren Douglas “Doug” McMichael Jr. 80, of Leesburg, passed away on September 28, 2017. He was born in Gainesville, Georgia and came to Lake County from Jacksonville in 1998. He worked as a sales representative for Monroe Shock Absorbers, Doug was a Shriner, the Former Commodore of the Jacksonville Outboard Club, a member of the First United Methodist Church of Eustis and a Veteran, having served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. He is survived by his wife Anne, his son; James Emory McMichael of Las Vegas, Nevada, his sister Dorothy “Dottie” Carter of Jacksonville, Florida and two nieces; Judi Tiller and Cindi Ray. Doug was predeceased by his wife Carol McMichael in 2014 and his son Warren Douglas “Buddy” McMichael III. The family will receive friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Tuesday, October 3rd from 4 until 6 PM, funeral services will be held in the First United Methodist Church of Eustis at 1:30 PM Wednesday, October 4th with Rev.
