Virginia Lee Randall's Obituary
Virginia Lee Ware Boyatt Stone Randall was born on August 16, 1932 in Argyle Kentucky to Virgil Ware and Pearl Martin Ware. She had six siblings who have all preceded her in death: Novella Lynn Ware, Raphael Ware, Ressie Ware, Chester Ware, Don Ware, and Estella Hall and several nieces and nephews. Her first husband Lawrence Boyatt and their only son, Larry Boyatt; her second husband, Arthur Stone and her step daughter Barbara Schmidt and her husband Curtis Schmidt; and her third husband James Randall and her step daughters Merry Jo Della Rose and Kristi Damon also preceded her in death.
Virginia is survived by her step daughters Janice (John) Smith, Renee (Greg) Wilmore, Gerry Moore, and Nikki Snow and by her step grandchildren, John (Edith) Smith, Deborah (Jacob) Baker, Kimberly (Ronnie) Eckstein, Cindy (Tim) Adams, Lisa Schmidt, Ken (Nancy) Schmidt, Joshua (Ashley) Wilmore, Rebecca (Chaz) Leming, Andrew Damon, Nicole (Kevin) Slomba, James Moore, John (Tanya) Moore, Rachel (Tim) Odom, and Sarah (Eric) Thompson as well as 28 step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Although she only had a high school education, she had a successful career of over thirty years supporting leadership at a building and loan company.
Virginia was a long time member of Friendship Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. At a young age she began serving the Lord there by playing piano and singing. She continued this ministry when she moved to Wildwood, Florida in 2005 and joined New Life Baptist Church in Leesburg. She maintained this ministry until her death.
Virginia was greatly loved by all her family, friends, and neighbors. We are comforted in knowing that she is now in heaven with her Savior Jesus Christ.
The family will be having a memorial service on Saturday February 15, 2025 at 12 pm at the New Life Baptist Church in Leesburg, Florida.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for people to donate to New Life Baptist Church in Leesburg, Florida.
