Vincent J. "Jim" Amore's Obituary
Vincent J. "Jim" Amore passed away 12/5/20 at AdventHealth Hospital. Born in Lawrence, MA 8/15/38.The son of late Louis and Josephine Amore. Survived by his wife Dorothy of 63 years and his four children; Joyce Flanagan (James), Louis, James (Terry) and Christine Goudin (Robert); seven grandchildren; Vincent, Jennifer, Louis, James, Sean, Nicole and Brittaney; great grandson Antonio; sister Marie (Alfio) Barbagallo;
also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Vincent was a baker at Amore's Bakery for over 20 years and then became a computer programmer.
He loved playing his organ and listening to jazz, enjoyed gardening and loved being with family all the time.
He resided in Methuen, MA and then became a Floridian for the last 20 years.
Vincent will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a loving husband, amazing father and wonderful grandfather.
A celebration of life will be held December 10th at Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home at 11:00AM with a gathering prior, form 10:00AM - 11:00AM.
A committal service will directly follow at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL.
Services have been entrusted to Hamlin and Hilbish Funeral Directors, Eustis, FL
in lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Kidney foundation at: www.kidneyfund.org
