I had the pleasure of working with Troy at the City of Eustis. Troy was funny, smart, and could translate the IT jargon for us (and he loved ties). We all appreciated his efforts. I don't think anyone knew the pain that Troy was in. My thoughts and prayers are with his beautiful family.

I offer my condolences to Troy's family and friends. I only knew Troy as a co-worker for the City of Eustis, but he was always a bright spot in my day whenever we interacted. Troy was always helpful, kind and made me laugh. I am terribly sorry for your loss.
Troy, I am so sorry that you were so hopeless and couldn’t or wouldn’t reach out to someone as you were surrounded by many people who dearly loved you. To be so alone in your misery when you didn’t have to be breaks my heart even more. I know you didn’t want to burden anyone with your problems and you would never want to hurt us but you were not in your right mind or you would have never do this unthinkable thing. Your demons won the fight & I hate that but you won’t have to worry about them ever again and that bring me some peace. You always have been the love of my life and you know how much I love you.
