Thomas James Walker's Obituary
Thomas James Walker 89, of Tavares, passed away on November 17, 2014. He was born in Pennsylvania and moved here in 1983 from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He was a Presbyterian and a retired Shift Supervisor for Pittsburgh Plate Glass in several locations. Thomas was a Veteran of the United States Army having served in World War II. He was a Mason and a member of the V.F.W. of Frostburg, Maryland. He was predeceased by his wife Martha Lu in May of this year, they were married for 71 years. He is survived by his sons; James (Deborah) Walker of Huntsville, Alabama, Richard (JoAnn) Walker of Inverness, Florida and David (Cindy) Walker of Oviedo, his sister; Florence Huthmaker of Benton, Arkansas, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the HAMLIN & HILBISH CHAPEL, 326 E. Orange Avenue, EUSTIS on Saturday, November 22, at 1 PM. The family will greet friends from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
