My sympathies to Mrs. Cloutier's family, especially her son, John. Having worked at Florida Hospital Waterman, I assisted them many times when John brought her for a procedure. She was always smiling, happy and lovely. John clearly loved her and his devotion to her was so touching. I am so sorry for your loss.
