Sherman E. James Sr.'s Obituary
Sherman E. James, Sr. 74 of Eustis passed away on January 1, 2011. He was born in Winterville, Mississippi and moved to this area in 1997 from Dothan, Alabama. Mr. James was Baptist, a Veteran, having served in the United States Army, a member of the National Rifle Association and a retired gunsmith. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Winnie, his daughter Vicky (Mark) Ridgeway of Longwood, Florida, his son Sherman E. James II of Eustis and his grandchildren, Sherman E. James III, Mitchell Ridgeway and Catherine Ridgeway. Funeral services were held in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 5, 2011, with Rev. Larry Braswell officiating, interment follow ed in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis. You may leave a condolence for the family by signing the guest book below.
