Sheila was the sweetest!! My husband Ted mowed her lawn for years, he would always tell me about her but one day I finally got to meet her and from that day on we became friends for life. She would take me on tours to see her beautiful plants. She would give me started plants. She was always smiling had a great wit about her. I have a plant on my porch from her I will always treasure it’s name is Sheila 🩷 To know her is to love her🩷🦋🩷 rip my dear friend.
I am so thankful I had the opportunity for the last 15 years to have had her in my life. I lost both of my grandmas at a young age and she was the one to take me under her wing and treat me as her own grandchild. She taught me so much and made me have such an appreciation for life. She was such a beautiful soul and I loved every single minute with her. I thought the world of her. She made you feel a sense of home you didn’t know you were missing. So many conversations and life talks at the kitchen table that I will never forget. I can hear her say “they’re crazy”. She was one of my favorite people in my life. I will never forget all of the caterpillars we saved. She loved her some butterflies. I will miss you forever and I’m just so thankful to have you in my life. I love you and will always carry you in my heart. ❤️
My fondest memories of Sheila took place at her kitchen table where we shared stories of ourselves and her wonderful children and grandchildren. She reminded me of my grandmother as both loved being outdooors in their extensive garden which brought them closer to God.
I have missed her smile, her hugs and sharing the same pew in church on Sunday mornings. Rest in peace my dear friend.
