When I remember Sandi, I see a woman with a passionate spirit. She often spoke of her career in education and all the creative things she brought to it. She was able to touch the lives of many people and make a lasting difference. When I would visit her, she would make such a fuss over my children. It was as if she was another grandmother to them. Everything they did was wonderful and encouraged. Sandi poured everything she had into those around her, especially her family. She carried with her an aura of joy.
