Rozelda 'Dolly" R. Cooksey's Obituary
Rozelda R. ‘Dolly’ Cooksey of Leesburg passed away on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the age of 78 years. She was born in Price, Utah. Dolly was the owner of Tommy’s Diner in Tennessee for 11 years. She moved to Okeechobee, Florida from Watertown, Tennessee in 1999 and relocated to the Leesburg area 8 years ago. She enjoyed playing darts. Dolly also loved to go fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Cooksey in 1998 after 34 years of marriage. She was also preceded by two children; her son, Henry Cooksey on December 4, 2012 and her daughter, Delia Grubb on May 23, 2016. Dolly is remembered and will be dearly missed by her daughters, Kaye Ogle of Calhoun, Tennessee, Kathy Cooksey of Smithville, Tennessee and Betty (Steve) Chappell of Lebanon, Tennessee; son, Robert (Angie) Cooksey of Lebanon, Tennessee; her partner, Jeff Carlton of Leesburg; brother, Mac (Pat) McAllister of Okeechobee, Florida; as well as 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
