Phyllis A. Siebert's Obituary
Phyllis A. (McDermott) Siebert 84, of Mount Dora, passed away on April 28, 2014. She was born in Lakeside, Michigan and moved to Mount Dora in 1987 from Michigan City, Indiana. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Mount Dora, the Eustis Women of the Moose and Eustis V.F.W. 8087. Phyllis never forgot a family member’s birthday or anniversary, she was an avid bingo player and Chicago Cubs fan. She is survived by her husband Charles, they were married for 65 years, also surviving are her children; Cheryl Wahman of Evans, Georgia, Stephen Siebert and Donald (Donna) Siebert of Michigan City, Indiana and Susan (John) Dewes of North Augusta, South Carolina, twelve grandchildren; Christopher (Sheila) Wahman, Erik (Lisa) Wahman, Amy Wahman (Jamie) Bird, Sarah Siebert, Emily Siebert (Matt) Mellen, Lindsay Siebert (Mike) Bruemmer, Tracy Siebert (Peter) Panou, Michael Siebert, Kelly Dewes (Sean) Mooney, Ryan Dewes, Hannah Dewes, and Jack Dewes and twenty great grandchildren, sisters; Patricia Phillips of Salt Lake City, Utah and Sharon Dickey of Bradenton, Florida. The family will receive friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Thursday May 1st from 4 PM until 7:30 PM, Mass of Christian burial will be held in St. Patrick Catholic Church of Mount Dora on Friday May 2nd at 9 AM, interment will follow in Pine Forest Cemetery, Mount Dora.
