Patricia Nicholson Rood's Obituary
Patricia Nicholson Rood 78, of Eustis, passed away on August 29, 2018. She was born in Bluffs, Illinois and moved to Eustis in 1972 from Longwood, Florida. Pat was a Christian, devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was proud of her many years working as a medical billing clerk for Waterman Hospital and a few local physicians. She will always be remembered as a joyful & personable person who loved to help others. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband LeRoy D. Rood, her daughter Dona (Michael) Garcia of St. Johns, Florida and her grandchildren; Jason Garcia, Valerie Garcia and Matthew Garcia. Memorial services will be held in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Saturday, September 8th at 1 PM with Pastor Trueman Hurley officiating.
The final resting place will be Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
