Nettie S. "Sue" Craft's Obituary
CRAFT, NETTIE SUE (STOVALL)
Age 90 died Tuesday, March 5, 2013. She has gone to her eternal rest with the Lord and Savior finishing all her good works done while in this life.
She was born in Elbert County, Georgia in a small farming community known as Rock Branch one of eight children of the late James Olin and Hattie (Cordell) Stovall. She moved to Mount Dora, FL with her husband and 2 young children in 1950 and made lifelong friendships, she joined the First Baptist Church of Mt Dora and returned to school at Orange County Vocational to earn her Licensed Practical Nurse diploma in the early sixties. Caring for her family, the young, sick and elderly were the happiest and most fulfilling times of her life.
She was predeceased by her husband Yancy Saye Craft, grandson James Albert Craft, granddaughter Donna Marie Jewell and four brothers Herbert, James, Wilbur and Joe Stovall.
Left to cherish the memories of her loving care and exemplary life of good deeds to others are her
son Charles A. Craft (Martha) Crescent City, FL, daughter Marcella C. Bland (Ted) Mt. Dora, FL,
5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great granddaughters. Also surviving are her brother Jack Stovall, Jr. and sisters Earlene Dargan and Martha Frye all of Georgia and many nieces and nephews.
To acknowledge the cheerful visits, prayers and flowers the members of the First Baptist Church of Mt Dora brought to Sue's home during the years she was home bound memorials can be made to the church's flower committee in her memory.
