Neil W. Cole of Grand Island, Florida passed away on Wednesday June 29,2022 at the age of 79. He was born on January 17, 1943 to his parents Lawrence and Bertha Cole. He is predeceased by his wife Gemmalee Connell who passed away Read Obituary
Neil is also survived by his one remaining sibling Judy Cole Lupo of Altamonte Springs, her two sons and families; Nancy Evans Cole (widow of brother Leonard) and her two sons and families. These families are also grieving the loss of brother, brother in law, and uncle.
I had the pleasure to serve as Maid of Honour at Neil and Gemma Lee's wedding more than 50 years ago. We lost touch but reconnected soon after Gary & I moved to central Florida and learned that Gemma Lee and Neil had moved up here as well.
Neil was a man of many talents and passions. Such a loving husband and partner to Gemma Lee. He was a gourmet cook. Gary & I had the pleasure to enjoy great food that he prepared. Neil and Gemma Lee just loved their cats.
They were both so dedicated to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. I
