Obituary for Misael Agustin Perez Lebron
Misael Agustin Perez Lebron, affectionately known as Mitch, passed away on December 17, 2025, in Eustis, Florida. He was born on March 27, 1961, in San Jose, Puerto Rico, to parents Lucia Socorro Lebron and Agustin Perez DeLeon.
Mitch moved to Florida at the age of 18 and built a life filled with family, faith, and community. He was a devoted member of Mount Dora United Methodist Church and an active participant in the Florida Freewheelers cycling club. Known for his love of bicycle riding and golf, Mitch embraced every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
Professionally, Mitch worked as a Meat Manager for Publix Supermarkets, Inc., where he was respected for his dedication and leadership. He graduated from the Episcopal Cathedral School in 1976 and Commonwealth High School in 1979.
On May 27, 2005, Mitch married Catherine Ann Schubert in Broward County, Florida. He is survived by his loving wife Catherine; daughters Carly Ann Schubert and Caitlyn Nicole Schubert; siblings Agustin Perez Lebron and Hector Agustin Perez Lebron; and nieces and nephews Melanie Rodriguez, Christopher Agustin Perez, and Stephanie Perez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucia Socorro Lebron.
