Melinda Louise Argenziano, 63, of Eustis, Florida, passed away on November 10, 2025. Born on January 17, 1962, in Eustis, Melinda was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend whose vibrant spirit touched everyone she met.
A devoted member of Faithworld Church in Leesburg, Melinda lived her life with joy and generosity. Known as a true entertainer, she loved hosting gatherings and was always the life of the party. Her passion for real estate reflected her entrepreneurial spirit—she found great fulfillment in buying and selling properties.
Melinda was preceded in death by her parents, Carol Davis and Doren C. Davis.
She is survived by her children: Jennifer (Jamie) Wooten, Anthony John Argenziano II (Amber), and Bradley (Deztiny) Argenziano; her sister Melissa (Paul) Croson; and her cherished grandchildren: Oliia (Zando) Chamberlin, Cherish (Henry) Flores, Lacie Wooten, and Casan Wooten, with one great-grandchild soon to arrive.
Family and friends will gather on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel, followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. A private burial will take place at Lakeside Memory Gardens.
Parking for Hamlin & Hilbish will be in the parking lot across the street next to Lake Eustis Christian Church. There will be cones, a sign, and possible police assistance with crossing. For those unable to walk or needing additional assistance there is parking in the back of the building with a ramp to assist getting into the building.
Melinda’s warmth, laughter, and love for life will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
