Marylin L. Jenkins' Obituary
Marylin L. Jenkins, 79, of Leesburg, FL. passed away Saturday, August 18, 2012. Born in New London, Connecticut she had been a resident of this area since 1978 coming from Clewiston, FL. She was of the Baptist faith. In her spare time, she enjoyed working with various crafts and playing "Farmville" on Facebook. She had been a top Manager for Tupperware products and most recently a delicatessen associate for Publix supermarkets retiring in 1990. Survivors include 3 Daughters; Norma Jean Thames, Eustis, FL., Elizabeth May Adkison (William Alton), Umatilla, FL. and Charlene Lynn Cochenet, Leesburg, FL. 2 Sisters; Clarice Andrade and Shirley Sporbert, both of Connecticut. 9 Grandchildren & 30 Great-Grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her Husband, Edmond in 2010; Son, Edmond Jenkins, Jr. in 1995; Daughter, Beverly Ann Brandenburger in 2007; 3 Brothers,; Jack, Richard (Dick) and Charlie Banta. 2 Sisters; Honey Bickel and Patricia Cooper and 1 Granddaughter, Danielle Lynn Cochenet-Kierniki in 2009.Friends called from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors, 326 Orange Ave., Eustis, Florida. Funeral Services were held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Roger Wolfe of the Cassia Baptist Church officiating. Interment followed in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, Florida. Following the interment, all were welcome at the Encounter Life Church Of God, Umatilla for refreshments and fellowship.
