Mary Ruth Robinson 74, of Tavares, passed away on February 8, 2015. She was born in Lake County and moved back here from Savannah, Georgia in 1980. She was a Baptist and enjoyed playing bingo. Mary is survived by her children; Jos Read Obituary

Sorry to hear of your loss of your mom. Eventhough we where very little when I knew her, I remember she was very pretty and had lots of energy. Take comfort in knowing how much joy you brought to her as her children and the love you shared together.
WOW, So sorry to hear of this great loss to you all. I have many memories with Aunt Mary. She and I had many good laughs together while I visited in Savannah many years ago. She taught me how to cook with her. I remember playing out in the yard with ya'll. We went swimming somewhere and played SHARKS IN THE WATER! She did have a beautiful smile and eyes. Mary (Mom) will always be a memory in my Heart. I met her many years ago when Debbie Thompson her Daughter dated in high school. It was great to be reunited with Mary and my wife Debbie Thompson what time we spent together I will always remember we would sit at table and just carry on about old memories. She will be greatly missed by all. I do wish we could still sit and talk alot more. She Loved her Son Joe Robinson and Daughter Debbie Thompson very much she always said to me that her kids she Loved dearly. I will miss her smile and her beautiful eyes so much.
I remember how much she loved me. I remember she was a spit fire of a mom. I remember how she loved her catfish and syrup. She would take up to Morgan's Bridge to eat fresh catfish. I remember many things like when I drove my first dirt bike and I could not touch the ground. She would hold me up and get me going then when I was done I would beep the horn and slow down and she would come out to help stop me.I love you mom! I will always remember your beautiful face.
