Marianne "Mimi" Olsen-Kanczurzewski's Obituary
Marianne Olsen – Kanczurzewski of Eustis passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at the age of 63 years. She was born in Hialeah, Florida on May 2, 1956 to Ernest Joseph Normandin and Lilian Antul Normandin. Marianne was affectionately known as “Mimi” to her family and friends. She started dating Henry T. “H.T.” Kanczurzewski on March 20, 2015 and they were married exactly one year later, on March 20, 2016. Mimi loved dancing and clogging some years ago. She loved animals and enjoyed horseback riding. She also liked fishing. She enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go trail riding with H.T. on their Kawasaki Mule. She also liked collecting cans. Mimi was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Joseph and Lilian Normandin. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her husband, H.T.; son, Kenny Olsen of Colorado; brother, E.J. Normandin of Miami, who referred to Mimi as his “Guardian Angel”; brother, Paul Normandin of Hialeah; sister, Celeste (Bill) Davis of Homestead; and H.T.’s cousin and dear friend of Mimi, Sharon Tedder of Astatula.
A Memorial Ceremony will be held in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Saturday, July 20th at 11 AM. The family will greet friends from 10 AM until the beginning of the ceremony.
