Grandma’s love was unconditional and always present. Her house was always a safe place in a sometimes difficult world, a place you knew you were going to get a hug, a kiss, a happy laugh and a big southern meal. She was not rich, traveled, worldly, but she was happy. What other people strive for, came naturally to her. To love others, to serve them and to enjoy just being alive. She had this whole life thing all figured out. I miss her and know if there is a heaven, she is there, giving everyone hugs and telling everyone how much she loves them. Rest in Peace Grandma, I Love You. -David Paul
My Grandmother was such a beautiful woman. Her smile, her beautiful hazel eyes and laugh could cheer me up when I was down. She always knew how to make all of her grandchildren feel special and truly loved. There was not one day in her life where she thought of herself first. Her heart truly belonged to her family and it showed. She had a beautiful singing voice that lit my heart up when I heard it. She loved having the whole family home for Christmas, eating chunk cheese, beef stew, ham sandwiches and she always had a secret stash of snickers... that of course my cousins Bryan and Kevin found! She would joke that she was going to get a switch and get us all. My beautiful grandma, Margie, forever shaped my life and contributed to my wonderful childhood memories in a way that is and always going to be engraved in my heart and soul. I LOVE you Grandma and you are the best grandmother. Thank you for always loving and supporting all of us in a way that no other grandmother could. Love Always your granddaughter Jessica.
