Louis D'Antonio's Obituary
Louis D’Antonio 85, of Grand Island, passed away on May 1, 2012. He was born in Blue Island, Illinois and moved here from Syracuse, Indiana in 1990. He was Catholic and retired after 20 years as a Supervisor for Illinois Bell Telephone. Mr. D’Antonio was a Veteran having served in the United States Navy during WWII. He is survived by his wife Dolores; they were married for 61 years. Also surviving are his daughter Denise (Michael) Mandichak, brother George D’Antonio of Palos Hills, Illinois, sister Mary Lou Luciano of Blue Island, Illinois, four grandchildren Louis D’Antonio, Justin D’Antonio, Mikal Mandichak and Aubrey Mandichak. Mr. D’Antonio was predeceased by two sons, Daniel in 2007 and Charles in 1985 and his brother, Anthony in 1997.
