Lorraine C. Stout's Obituary
Lorraine C. Stout 79, of Tavares, passed away on Sunday March 27, 2011. She was born in Duncan, Nebraska and moved here from Miami in 1986. She was a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church of Eustis and a Veteran having served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. She retired as Chief of Ward Administration for the Veterans Administration Hospital in Miami. She is survived by her husband Carl; they have been married for 57 years, her daughter Linda (John) Marino of Eustis, grandchildren Anthony Marino of Eustis and Chris Marino, United States Navy, San Antonio, Texas, brothers El Osentowski of Jacksonville and Lucien Osentowski of Dallas, Texas, and her sister Jeanette Cuba of Omaha, Nebraska. The family received friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 from 1 until 3 PM, Wake Services were conducted during the visitation. Mass of the Resurrection was held in St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church at 9:30 AM on Thursday, March 31, 2011. The final resting place is in Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice.
