Keith Alan Morgan's Obituary
Keith Alan Morgan of Plantation, Florida passed away on Friday July 28, 2023, at the age of 58. Keith was born to his parents Tom and Carolyn Morgan on July 25, 1965, in Eustis, Florida. He has lived in Florida for more than 30 years and is of the Christian faith. Keith graduated from Tavares High School and was the student body president, and a part of the marching redcoat’s band. He graduated college from Troy State University where he was a member of various honors societies, and a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity where he was also the secretary of the fraternity. His hobbies included reading, watching old television shows and movies. He participated in many fundraising events in South Florida including the Aids Walk. He was a fan of Troy University Trojans and the Florida Gators. He was known as a people person and always interacting.
Keith is preceded in death by his parents Tom and Carolyn Morgan.
Keith is survived by his siblings Valerie Allen of Umatilla, Florida, and H.T. Morgan Jr. of Tavares, Florida; nephews Jamie (Danae) Allen of Grand Island, Florida, and Troy (Selena Heckathorne) Allen of Altoona, Florida; Cousins Jerry Clark, George Clark (and family), Kathie Seabrook, Keel Kilker, Leslie Perry, Carson Parks; great nieces and nephews Beckett Kallaway, Avonley, Branch, Beau; dear friends Richard and Valerie Dyke, along with many other fraternity brothers and South Florida friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at First Baptist Church of Umatilla on Friday August 11, 2023 from 10 AM - 11 AM, with a service to immediately follow at 11 AM. There will be a private ceremony for family only where he will be placed with his parents at Tavares Cemetery.
