Kathryn May Yam's Obituary
Kathryn May (Boylan) Yam, born April 22, 1940, in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, to parents Edward and May Boylan, passed away peacefully in Eustis, Florida, on February 12, 2026.
Kathryn made Florida her home beginning in 1970 and became a familiar and beloved presence in the community. She spent many years working at Renninger’s Antique Mall, where she was known for her distinctive style and her work in Shabby Chic décor. Her creativity, warm personality, and eye for beauty made her a favorite among both customers and fellow vendors.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband, Sylvester Yam, and her son, Edward Yam. She leaves behind the memory of a life lived with resilience, style, and a generous spirit.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
