Juanita O. Keen's Obituary
Juanita O. Keen passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at the age of 85 years. She was born in Lake Wales, Florida. She lived many years in Sanford and moved to Lake County in 2017, living in Tavares and Eustis. She was a member of the Beulah Baptist Church in Winter Garden. Juanita was a homemaker. She enjoyed a simple lifestyle and loved to take care of her family. She loved music and was a great cook. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was her favorite thing to do.
Juanita was preceded in death by her one-year old daughter, Glenda in 1957 and her husband Donald Sr., after 57 years of marriage. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her son and daughter-in-law, Donnie, Jr. and Lia Keen of Apopka, Florida; sister, Carolyn Ferris of Clearwater, Florida; as well as 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Friday, May 29 at Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors with limited attendance. Juanita will be buried at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Winter Garden.
