Joe J. Lea's Obituary
Joe J. Lea 92, of Mount Dora, passed away on June 11, 2015. He was born in Pleasanton, Nebraska and moved to this area in 1989. He was a member of Adventure Christian Church of Tavares and a Veteran of World War II having served in the United States Army. He was a retired Communications Supervisor for the United States Department of State. He is survived by his wife Clytuce, they were married for 49 years. Also surviving are his children; Joseph Jay (Melissa) Lea of Yuma, Arizona, Catherine “Katie” (Edward) Loose of Woodbridge, Virginia and Andrea (Michael) Canaday of King George, Virginia, eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren his niece, Kay Kreutzer (Charles) of Kearney, Nebraska" and numerous great - nieces and great-nephews. Memorial Services will be held in the Adventure Christian Church of Tavares on Tuesday June 16th at 2 PM, committal services with honors will be held in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
