Jean M. Fain's Obituary
Jean M. Fain 91, of Jacksonville, passed away on April 8, 2012. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Umatilla in 1937, then to Jacksonville in 2005. She was a retired Executive Secretary for Electron Machine Corp. of Umatilla and an active member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church of Eustis having served as the Alter Guild Director for over 10 years. Jean enjoyed yard work and playing Bridge. She was predeceased by her husband Llewellyn in 1995, her daughters Katherine Trimble and Kristin Fain both in 2003 and her son David in 1974. She is survived by her children Janet Hatcher of Altoona and Lew Fain of Middleburg, Florida, three grandchildren; Katherine C. Fain of New Orleans, Nicholas A. Fain of Slidell, Louisiana and Apryl L. Fain of Middleburg, Florida, brother Jim R. Leidgen of Atlanta. The family received friends in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Wednesday, April 11th from 4 until 6 PM. Services were held the the Hamlin Hilbish Chapel on Thursday at 10 AM with Rev. John W. Lipscomb officiating. Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family requests memorial donations to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 317 S. Mary Street, Eustis, FL 32726
