Janice ‘lived’. She could inject an atmosphere of merriment into any situation. She always knew what to say in every situation. She was witty, frank and caring and made the most of every situation for those who surrounded her.
We were lucky to have been a part of her life and she will be missed.
My sister Jan was always there for me , & I for her. We loved to be with each other so much we simply made a party or adventure of the experience. We especially loved the road trips moving from one state to another. We would rather have been living in the the same city, which we did for at least 1/2 our lives, but we still travelled to see each other as often as we could. We talked on the phone more than once a week. She shared her recipes with me . She was a great a cook. She was very smart , and witty, with a wonderful sarcastic sense of humor . Everyone she met fell in love with her . I feel like i am missing a piece of my heart, but carry her , loving , kind , joyful, adventuresome spirit , around me like a big hug , 100 time a day. I miss my sister Jan a hundred times a day. We were always there for each other in work and play. I loved our road trips moving. We made them an adventure. But, previously we lived in the same city & sometimes the same homes for 1/2 our lives.we were like girlfriends on adventures going to beaches, parks, having yard sales, dancing in the nightclubs, raising our kids together, having millions of fun times. Though she is no longer here in the way I wish she were , her spirit is beside me, as always. And I will carry it with the same boldness , compassion , kindness and love that she was. I'm so sad. I will miss her so very much, she was so much fun, my memories go back to when I was really young going to the drive in movies at the ACE Drive in, Thanksgiving at the Condo, slumber parties, my first earthquake at her house in Banning CA. I feel so bad for my cousins Stacey and Jeff and her grandkids and great grandkids. This is a tough one and she will always be in our hearts forever and ever. 😢Miss you auntie Jan 💔
Disney Adventures
Mom and I went to Disney World and had the most amazing time. When we arrived, she rented an electric cart to get around. Sadly, she just couldn't figure out how to drive it and kept crashing, lol! So, we traded it in for a wheelchair. I pushed her all over the park and we were able to cut to the front of every line!!
The next time we went, she had her own cart and was able to get around better. Only thing is, she got busted by the Storm Troopers for drinking and driving. It was hilarious!! We finished the night watching the last run of Disney's Electrical Light Parade.
