Jane M. Bennett's Obituary
Jane M. Bennett of Grand Island, Florida passed away on Friday April 7, 2023, at the age of 91. She was born in Ashland, Kentucky on November 2, 1931, to her parents Luther and Martha Morgan. She moved to the Central Florida area in 1989 from Waynesboro, Virginia. She is of the Greek Orthodox religion. Jane's passions included playing tennis, dancing, listening to Elvis Presley, and watching classical movies, with her favorite being Casablanca. She was also known as a seamstress, having made her own clothing. Jane loved to travel the world with her late husband Tom Bennett, they would live in Cephalonia, Greece for half of the year.
Jane is predeceased by her parents Luke and Martha Morgan, her husband Tom Bennett, 2 infant children, Jane and Allison Bennett, brother Tom Morgan and his wife Carolyn.
Jane is survived by her brothers in law Harry (Penny) Benetatos, George (Gracia) Benetatos; niece Valarie Allen; nephews H.T. Morgan and Keith Morgan; cousins Kathy (Fran) Seabrook and Keel Kilker; great nephews Jamie (Danae) Allen, Troy (Selena) Allen; great- great nephews and nieces; Beckett Allen, Kalloway Allen, Branch Allen, Avonley Allen, Beau Allen; along with many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
