James Walter Tweeddale, Sr., 76, of Altoona, passed away peacefully at home on June 22, 2014 with his family by his side. Jim was born on November 29, 1937 in Bellerose, New York as the fifth child of Percy and Mabel (Reinhard) Tw Read Obituary
I just discovered this page (7/11/17), and the fact that Jim passed away. I served under his command at the Navy base (NPRDC), where he was such a fine man and good friend to me. Truly I'm so sad that he is gone.
