James Dennis Trout's Obituary
James Dennis Trout, 73 of Leesburg, FL went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 21,2021. James was born on May 07, 1947 in Terre Haute, IN to the late Gale and Ruby Trout. On August 10, 1989 James married the love of his life, Cathy Montgomery. James was a railroad conductor and brakeman for CSX Transportation for over 40 years when he retired.
Later in 2006 James and his wife Cathy moved to Leesburg, FL from Farmersburg, IN. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Umatilla.
James was a lifetime member of The Harley Owners Group and was a member of the Masons in Terre Haute, IN. He loved golf, boating, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family.
He is predeceased by his sisters: Judy TenHulzen and Phyllis Kernstein; And brother: Tony Trout.
He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years: Cathy Trout; Son: James (Mika) Trout II; Daughter: Danielle Trout; Brothers: Tom Trout and Gale Trout; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
James was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and friend who enjoyed living life to the fullest, and will be deeply missed by many.
Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on the tribute wall.
