Jack was born on April 29, 1944 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late William and Shirley Tubbs and his grandmother, Pauline McCallum. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He had several friends that he considered family. He loved animals that he fed daily. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors, 326 E. Orange Ave., Eustis, FL 32726
