Jack Lambert's Obituary
Jack Lambert was born September 29, 1957 in Eustis; he departed this life on April 25, 2015 at Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares, Florida. He attended Umatilla High School, worked as a laborer and served in the United States Army. He was predeceased by his mother Lillie Ruth Jones Chavis and his brother Danny Lee Lambert. Jack is survived by his father, Huey Lee Lambert of Umatilla, sister; Doris (Clarence) Burrell of Deland, Florida, fiancé; Evelyn Brooks of Umatilla, children; Melissa, Jennifer, Justin all of Perry, Florida, and Sara Bourassa of Summerfield, Florida and a host of grandchildren. Also surviving is a special Aunt; Geraldine (Earl) Hallman of Eustis, uncles and aunts; Larry (Linda) Chavis of Altoona, Billy (Joyce) Chavis of Umatilla and Gerald (Judy) Chavis of Dothan, Alabama. Additionally surviving are a host of cousins that he loved, best friend and fishing buddy Harold (Cathy) Ice of Umatilla, good friends; Billy Conner of Altoona and James Revord of Umatilla.
Services will be held in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Thursday, April 30th at 2 PM, interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. Visitation will be Thursday from Noon until 2 PM.
