Thank you for using your street savvy to help ‘The Chief’, our dear Dad John P. Breen during his term as the DC Fire Marshal. Thank you for teaching Dad how to unwind at day’s end with a cocktail. Thank you for all the good things you did to make Brentwood and PGCo a better place for people to settle in. And thank you for marrying Sarah and spending your late in life years living with Sarah outside Orlando. God bless all of you, including Sarah and Mary Ann. Say hello to our dear Dad and Mom.

Herman and Maryann were amazing people. I worked for them at Maryann’s crab shack when I was 15 years old. My mom was a waitress there as well. They both helped shape me as an individual. I loved seeing Herman around town and he always enjoyed talking firefighter stuff with my husband. I am so sad to hear of his passing and then of Sara’s a week later. He will truly be missed by our community. God bless to his family.
