We are so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. Jean was the first to put me on a boat to go bass fishing 1980 ish. I was so green when it came our turn to launch I unhooked the trailer from the truck instead of the boat from the trailer. 6 boats and countless fishing trips later, I still remember fondly that first tournament on Lake Kissimmee with him. Fish on my friend. You are sorely missed. Mark and Mary Dykstra, Royal Pam Beach, FL
Dear Suzi: Our hearts are broken along with yours. We have lost a very dear friend of many years. H.J. and I along with Guy Medlock (Pee Wee) spent many happy fun filled hours together as teenagers. Our friendship was something to be treasured (the three muskateers). Every time we talked in the last few years Jean always said how fortunate he was to have gotten you to say "yes" when he popped the question. I told him he was always a lucky so and so. He loved you dearly and so do we. We know he had the best of care his last few days with you and he is resting in peace and is in God's hands now.
Suzi, you and your family are in our prayers. We are always close at hand if you need our help in any way. We hold you close in our hearts. Love and condolences, your friends, Sam and Barbara Johnson or as Jean so fondly called us Bass and Bassette.
So sorry to hear of your loss Susan...let us know if there is anything we can do to help you through this difficult time.
Dear Susie
I was saddened to learn of my first cousin, Jean's passing in the Orlando Sentinel today.
I have fond memories of our annual Christmas day visits we always looked forward to from my Uncle H J, Aunt Elizabeth, Jean and Kit Lawton.
Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers at this time!
With love and sincere best wishes,
Gray Laney
So sorry for your loss, Susan. Sending condolences to your and your family. Ellen W. at SLH
