Sincere condolences to the Wendi & Brad's families grieving the immeasurable loss they suffered. Please accept my condolences on Gordon's passing.
It has been my pleasure to have served in the group Squadrons and Shipmates with Gordon for several years. Serving on the board with him recently, it was clear by his sometime absences that he has had some health issues, but it is always a jolt to one's senses when you lose someone that you have just spoken with days earlier. Our condolences to the entire family and please know that Gordon will be greatly missed by our membership. Joe and JoAnne Tetrault
When I was President of Squadrons and Shipmates you were my Vice President and a very good one. I first met you at the DC reunion and rescued you and Cookie in you night clothes after a fire alarm sent you through a door that locked behind you. I pushed your wheel chair through the White House and had good laugh. The cruise after Pensacola was a blast. My mother and Glenna had the best time at dinner with everyone. You invited Ginger and I into your home in Florida and it was great. Your loving of people was a great reward for anyone who met you. I know that God has welcomed you and is laughing at your stories. I’m glad He has healed you from any pain that you endured here on earth. God has received your soul and He is great.
I’ll miss your face and voice and I’ll be grateful to see you again in heaven.
Love and Grace to your family.

It was a pleasure to know and work with Gordon here in Royal Harbor and our light house players:

One week ago yesterday mom and I were able to spend your last day with you. Each day has been so hard without you. I miss your stories, your complaining, everything about you. I hope you are at rest and finally comfortable. I miss you and love you dad.
