Gerald Siegel's Obituary
Mr. Gerald Siegel, of Eustis, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2011 at the age of 84 years. Gerald was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He served his country in the military in World War II, the Battle of the Bulge. Gerald was a retired attorney. He and his wife Lona, moved to central Florida 20 years ago. Gerald is survived by his wife, Lona; children, Pamela Ann Deschenes, Stephen John Siegel, Jay Esterson, Andrew & Kim Esterson; Grandchildren, Michelle Deschenes, Eric Esterson, Joy Esterson, Lauren Esterson Bradshaw and Nicole Esterson; great grandchildren, Bradley, Allison and Alexander Esterson; siblings, Raymond Siegel and Dena Bober as well as 3 nephews and a niece. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or the American Heart Association. Services will be held on July 8th at 1:45 PM in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, Maryland. Family and friends will gather at the Elks Lodge, 2517 Solomon Island Road, Edgewater, Maryland after the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Directors, 352-357-4193.
