George Green's Obituary
George Green 86, of Eustis, passed away on June 30, 2012. He was born in Whitwell, Tennessee and moved to Orlando from Hawaii in 1970, he moved to Eustis from Orlando in 1988. He was retired from the United States Army after 22 years of service and worked many years as a Real Estate Property Manager, he enjoyed fishing. George was predeceased by his wife Tina in 1998 and his son George Green Jr. in 2011. He is survived by his son Charles (Yvette) Green of Eustis, grandchildren Benton and Andrea Green of Eustis, sisters Ruby (Burrell) Lavender, Ota Edwards, Betty Elliott and Lema (Johnny) Quinn all of Rossville, Georgia. Funeral services were held in the Hamlin & Hilbish Chapel on Tuesday, July 3rd at 5 PM with Dr. Alan J. Holden officiating, Mr. Green will be taken to Simons-Coleman Funeral Home (304-846-2622) in Richwood, West Virginia for final services and interment in Richwood Cemetery.
