We are only in Florida during the winter months and met Gary through Renab Ranch. We enjoyed sharing stories about horse adventures. He was a truly great farrier and he will truly be missed by our horses, our dog and especially Ray & Fay. Gary had cared for our 4 horses since our arrival and was always professional, cheerful, very kind and compassionate, especially to my old fellow. Gary was so pleased that all his children were now in their own homes. God must have needed the best when HE called Gary home. We were shocked and saddened to hear of Gary's passing. He was our farrier for 12 years. We relied on his expertise and experience to get us through some difficult times with our horses. We had complete faith in his ability to assess the situation and come up with a solution. He was a true professional. More importantly, we are going to miss the person that he was.
